Issue with new adsense code

In my adsense interface I was sent a message to try a new ad size to increase clicks. Ok lets give this a shot so I did as suggested and build new ad sizes for this website. Copied the code and installed. Problems started sometimes the ads showed up sometimes I would see a can't display. Refresh browser see ads refresh browser see can't display. I ask another person to check and firefox shows nothing just a big blank were the ads are suppose to be. Well i go into aother office and ask another to check IE blank spot as well. I come back refresh see ads refresh see can't display.

I am not sure whats the issue here so I go back and get the old code install everything is fine.

Has anyone else had a problem with the new adsense code generated from the new adsense interface?

I've had it take as much as ten or fifteen minutes after ad creation to start to display, but after that, it seems to work just fine.

That problem has been there since the new started. One reason why I reverted back to the old code.

Thanks I did wait for some time after creating it before taking it off. I just don't understand why I could see the ads sometimes and the others just got a big blank spot were the ads were suppose to show.
