A while back some were mentioning about load speeds and were blaming Adsense.
My site went down to 60% when it was 75% (WMT)

I have just asked my host to reboot the server because the site became sluggish and eventually overloaded. I have had the server reboot, and the site is now extremely fast.

To those who are experiencing slow speeds, you may want to ask your host to reboot the server.

It may help.

Thanks, sure rebooting the server may kill a process which runs in the background which is using up resources and is idle or not needed.

If you run a root server you can reboot at any time without a host needed ;)

Not if the drive is failing, like in my position. I couldn't access cpanel because of it. And not everyone knows (or able to) reboot it by themselves.

Do you mean a reload?

No, I meant overloaded. My host had to reboot the server, then found out the drive was failing and had to replace it. The site is a lot faster for it. I will check my speeds in WMT in a day or so to see how much faster it has become.

I thought i'd mention it in case it helped others who are experiencing slow speeds and blaming adsense.
