How to Tweak a Forum so AdSense is More Relevant?

i need help about Google ads not showing related ads. i tried section targeting but no results

how i can fix this issue

Make sure post titles are specific and not vague.

Tweak the forum software so that post titles become title tags and H1 on the page.

Tweak the forum software by removing useless links to member profiles except when appropriate (as in the post itself).

Tweak forum software so that bots have limited places to roam, focusing links straight to the content.

It depends on the script used. Some are very well optimized (vbulletin and ipb).
Aslo use robots.txt in order to limit access to a lot of links ex:
- post reply, post topic
- send pm
- print/send topic etc
- block multiple ways to show topics (linear, threaded etc).
