I did receive the $100 Adwords offer. But I am afraid to use it.
Over time, Google changes various things.
For instance, no content is NOT OK, but now we have Google for domains, which is OK.
Images next to text was OK, now it is NOT OK.
Arbitrage was OK, now it is NOT OK.
Here is my question. My sites are all information sites - I don't sell anything.
IF I were to use the $100 Adwords coupon, it could not possibly be anything BUT arbitrage, IMHO.
This would make me highly reluctant to buy Adwords, whether using my money, OR Adwords money.
Anyone have an opinion on this "free" arbitrage money?
"Offer subject to ad approval, valid registration, and acceptance of the Google Adwords standard terms and conditions."
One of which is "No Arbitrage".
Types of sites that go against our guidelines include:
* Arbitrage sites that are designed for the sole purpose of showing ads
Who decides this, in light of the fact that I am NOT SELLING anything? Is it arbitrary? I do NOT want to get banned.
Can some zealous newbie Google employee push the "Arbitrage" button on me? "Aha, nailed another one."
Adwords can keep their "trap" money, with all due respect. I'm not chancing it.
