Tranferring adsense to new owner

Hi

I am planning to sell my site to new owner along with adsense and other ads. What should be the best approach.

Note : The new owner like to keep this months earnings for all my ads.

Please advice.

You can't sell your Adsense account, IIRC... so you'll need to get him to open a new one and then just transfer the earnings over once you've received them.

Of course, if the Adsense account belongs to a registered business and you are selling that, then it's a different story.

After you remove all your AdSense code from the site and transfer the site to the new owner, the new owner will then need to apply for his/her own AdSense account and upon approval, place his/her own AdSense code on the site.

Note : The new owner like to keep this months earnings for all my ads.

You'll be paid by AdSense for this month's earnings near the end of February. You'll need to then send that amount on to the new owner.
