30 day waiting period is almost up for the August check that was approved and mailed (per google), but never arrived, before I can request a new one to be reissued.

I'm curious how big a problem google has with "lost checks" or the "checks in the mail syndrome". With all the cash Google has, I don't doubt I'll get paid, but is the problem a US Post Office problem, or something else?

This question is for "lost checks" that were 1) approved and 2) mailed, but never arrived.

Yes, I did.
Quick. They will reply you once you got the email tracking id.
Don't worry. If you approved your check, even they cut you off later, they still need to mail you. You are safe once see the approval.

thanks Signup1.

I have read of others having problems, and eventually getting the money. However 30, 60, 90+ days is not acceptable, especially on repeat requests (sent-lost-sent-lost) which I've read before.

Again, I'm just curious if it's a large problem happening to many or a small problem and only happening to a very few (of course it's large to the person waiting for a check).

If it's the US Post Office that is losing the checks of course Google has no control over that (well - ah, direct deposit please).

Other thoughts:

1)People now steeling Google checks from the mail (like social security checks)?
2)Lack of controls on checks before they are mailed (ie., Google losing checks)
