30th November saw my second highest earning day of the year leaving me with a surprising increase over October.

From my lows of May and June this year I have seen a steady month on month increase in EPC to the point where November's overall earnings were 40% higher.

My CTR has remained more or less the same however actual clicks are up almost 10%.

What do I put this down to?

1. I have actually stopped updating sites on even a weekly basis but have added some blogs which have added some 5% to overall earnings and these continue to increase every day.

2. I feel that the business cycle is turning much more positive. I supply specialised construction products internationally and whilst my B & M business has survived the recession extremely well there are many that have not, however saying that I have noticed this last couple of months a substantial increase in major project and domestic supply enquiries.

Could we be starting to crawl out of the huge mess that we were in? Possibly, I've always said that Spring 2010 would be the real telling point although a few more months of steady growth will definitely be welcomed to be sure things are improving.

To those who have seen a big recent downturn maybe you're just a few months behind my experience...no guarantees though.

Has anyone else seen a similar but steady improvement over the last few months?

November was a strange month for me. Broke a number of records...
Best day ever - broke 3 times.
Best month ever (over 4 years).

I usually see a downturn after October, but I had a surprisingly good November this year. :)

Here's too it continuing through December.

Nov month was one of the shocking month for me.. I saw 20-30% cut in revenue. I was surprised by this!

I really hope December breaks all the record. Congrats to you guys.. I hope all your months go awesome from now on :)

November was my second-best month of the year and Nov. 30 was the second-best day of the year. eCPM picked up handily throughout the month.

My site deals with consumer products and services and just a few months ago, the most-visited pages had to do with foreclosures, bankruptcy and other somber topics. Over the last 60 days or so, pages dealing with appliances seem to have taken the lead -- which may indicate an uptick in consumer spending attitudes.

Also on the bright side, the collapse of the automotive market means we don't get as many complaints about poorly-made SUVs.

August broke the record, September bettered it.
October was the highest ever but November went down 10%. Overall, I can't complain... Adsense is a heck of a lot easier than laboring over a hot stove. I just wish the ups and downs weren't so acute.

August is the last good month for me. Nov, Dec and Jan are low, this is normal or "usual" in my case. This time November ended nice, higher than previous years. I hope this is a sign of recovery on the economy thing.

1. I have actually stopped updating sites on even a weekly basis

Funny, my best performing site has no updates, but I'm preparing a good one :)

November was a record month. I attribute that to adding a well placed 300x250 to all guests who are not logged into my biggest forum. The ad was right after the first post in each thread. Plenty of extra cake from that :-)

I've noted in the past that everything that happens with HuskyPup's stats seems to happen to me too.

My November matched the last three months of last year despite having removed all of the obvious adsense from my pages in the middle of the month.

My feeling from the adwords forum is that Google is trying to improve the "quality" of advertisers and publishers. It's clear from the adwords forum that their algorithms get it wrong sometimes and I'd imagine that to be true for many publishers as well.

Both October, then November brought us to all time highs from a net income standpoint. The last day of November was our highest traffic day ever. Today is shaping up to break yesterday's record.

I'm obviously happy about our success and I do wish everyone else a properous December.

November was also our best month since we started with Adsense in 2003.

Ever since the font size change we have seen a steady increase in earnings. Not the only factor I'm sure. Another being the rebounding economy as well as the holiday shopping season.

Let's hope it continues into 2010!

HuskyPup, I too, had the best month of the year in November! Unlike normal, the last few days were very high earning. The last day was AWESOME! November was a little higher than October and that was with one less day, so I am VERY thankful!

December 1st has been a really great day. In fact December 1 is about 30% higher than November 1st was, so I am hoping for a great December!

Interesting. November is my best month this year, and top days of the year are all Nov.

#1 - April (best) $5,455
#2 - May
#3 - January
#4 - November
#5 - October
#6 - June
#7 - February
#8 - March
#9 - September
#10 - July
#11 - August (worst) $4,243

I can see nothing remarkable between the various months this year,
over the same months last year. This already is my best year ever, overall (over 6 years).

The "November thing" apparently did not work for me.
But, early on, December is looking VERY GOOD to come in at #1.

10 Best Days -
April 22 - Best day
March 31 - Second
April 15 - Third
Nov. 30 - Fourth (correlation!)
April 14 - Fifth
Feb. 5 - Sixth
Mar. 4 - Seventh
May 6 - Eighth
Mar. 3 - Nineth
Mar. 23 - Tenth
2 Mondays, 3 Tuesdays, 4 Wednesdays, 1 Thursday
.
