Adsense negative words

Hi

Sorry folks, I'm a newbie here, and pretty much an adsense virgin ;-)

Saw an old thread (04/2009) about filtering negative words. One of my sites has is marine related, and boat name is ####-hound.com.

I keep getting adsense for dog food displayed! This is obviously because the boat is named after a breed of dog (not my choice!).

I appreciate some of the issues around filtering, Russian restaurants/brides etc, but these adsense displays are really annoying.

Forgive me if there is anything on the Google sites, but I couldn't find anything relevant.

Section Targeting [google.com] might be some help.

Tell G to ignore the dog related words on the page by putting them inside "ignore" tags. Might be a pain if the dog related words appear all over the page though.

Worth a try anyhow.
