Inaccurate Adsense ads

I've just uploaded some pages targetting different stuff and the ads seem way off!

The page is about an illness while the ads are about dog food, pet treats and so forth.

Does it take a while for the ads to be cued up so they are accurate?

If you are totally changing the topic of an exisiting page it will probably take about 1-2 days for Google to respider it and display accurate ads.

They are more accurate now. Just have to be patient!

On a serious note I've heard it mentioned that if you change something in your adsense account like say the color, then the media bot visits pretty quick.
