just now i received a mail from google as below

can you please tell me is this because i dont have a policy page?
or what could be the reason?

mine is a news type portal so articles may look same but not exactly same from any other website.

and how can i get back into adsense?

The reasons they gave you was in the email. Re-read it.

if they object iam ready to delete all site content and change layout too...

Please paraphrase the email or mods will delete it.

I am quite surprised that they have given a concrete reason..

Not enough unqiue content and poor navigation.

And they are willing to pay all past dues.. so it seems to be a manual review that did you in..
