Using PID into any where with any code format ?

can we use any PID on my site.

I have been given a task in which i have to use two Google Adsense accounts on same website. Website is articles based.

My boss wants that all authors should earn profit by entering their Adsense's PID. And one will be my boss's PID.

That means site will display two ads on each page. One will be my boss's ad, and another one will be of author whose article is being displayed.

IS it possible to display two ads by two different PIDs ?
Can I do it by only asking users to enter their PID, and embedding into by formatting code ?

Isn't it much easier to get a kickback system in place and just use one account ?
