Hello , i've got a website that talks about mmorpg , mostly like world of warcraft , dark age of camelot etc, on this website i''d like to host videos that we have made playing and our friends made , those videos are just made with fraps so self made. my question is could this be against adsense TOS? if i make this videos downloadable could be a trouble with adsense?

Probably not against the terms, but these types of sites typically don't make any money.

If you're posting anything which contains material that is not yours and copyright by someone else you need permission. Not having permission makes it against the adsense TOS and I believe music embeded in videos would qualify.

Though I doubt it would be investigated it's possible the owners or distributors of the music would complain to Google thus leaving you in hot water.

As netmeg said, these types of sites make very little compared to product sites for example, hardly worth risking an account over. A workaround being used is to only embed 3rd party videos.
