I want to know what are legal issus for using Adsense on the content which is the resultant of "screen scrapping" via YQL(Yahoo! Query Language) and typical SCREEN SCRAPPING techniques. Can I show the processed data from different sites and show in my own layout and apply Adsense? is it Ok?

if you really want to make it a success then you need to ask permission

And if you want a positive answer, you have to show how it will also be profitable for them with targeted traffic going their way. Otherwise there is no incentive to share their content. Creating and managing content is a lot of work.

Hey ya'll are right I never gave no stinkin search engine permission to even come to my site!

But I'm glad it did!

So if I write an article on a business, but don't know the address, then go to yellowpages.com and get the address is that alright? I didn't copy/paste it HONEST! I "remembered" it onto notepad.. ;)

This is what we get when we build an internet and then make up the rules along the way...

They aren't an archive nor a library

I didn't say they are.
