Related Links in Adsense

Has anyone else seen the new form of Adwords/Adsense ads that include related search term links as the fourth ad in a leaderboard (three normal adword ads and then three related search links). When the related searches are clicked the adwords refresh without reloading the page.

Is this a new google feature or some kind of script?

This is a rehash of a feature G introduced about July? of last year. But G removed it after receiving tons of complaints from publishers. Except that last time the search phrase was placed beside the Ads by Google. This one is worst IMHO because it actually reduces the ad block and changes it into a bunch of search phrases.
