Hi,

If you have a photo gallery with adsense. Is it allowed to add the adsense code to a page with 1 photo.

For example if u click on a photo thumb u will go to the page with the full sized photo together with an adsense banner above or below the photo.

You need text on the page for Google to determine which ads to show. I do something similar, but the page displayed when a thumbnail is clicked is a proper page with title, meta tags, index, photo title and descriptive text, etc.

Hi

Yes, I too have catalogue pages for my exhibits (some are other multimedia), one per page. In fact, in my case the exhibit URLs are meant to be highly descriptive and many don't have explicit extra description.

Have a look in my profile and click the Exhibits: ... link in the strapline to get an idea.

Of course, Google/AdSense sometimes gets horribly confused by the "similar exhibits" links at the foot of each page, but by and large they *are* pretty similar so the effect is not too bad.

Thanks for the replies. I've generated some thumbnail pages the topic makes the ad if there is no text.
