Anyone had any success changing country?

Moved to a different country

I've just moved to a different country within the EU (previously a resident of another EU country where my account was originally registered). The payee name stays the same.

I filled the "change country" form 2 weeks ago and nothing happened. No email confirmation from Google that they even received my request, nevermind that they're looking into it.

Has anyone actually managed to change their country address? If yes, how long did it take? Did you fill the form several times?

Yes, I changed the country (and continent) some time ago. I received a reply from an AdSense person within 48 hours who told me everything would be processed in a couple of days, and it was done. All I did was to key-in my new payment methods and address information. Painless.

Try re-sending the request, that's all I can think of.

How long ago was that? I've been reading that customer support on Adsense has become a joke lately. Haven't needed any for a few years so I'm a bit in the dark whether customer support still exists or not.
