Hope this is not a short spike, but a long time recovering of the AdSense system.

Had the best Saturday of the year so far... but Sunday is looking like payback time!

Saturday's EPC was phenomenal. CTR was better than usual, too.

Too early to make a judgment about Sunday.

ADDENDUM: Affiliate earnings have been stronger than usual this weekend, too, and display CPMs have inched up. (I checked both just now and was pleasantly surprised.)

Saturday's EPC was phenomenal.

Me too with Sunday's not far behind:-)

Unfortunately, and I have no idea why, overall traffic for me was down this weekend therefore earnings can best be described as good.

My Sunday EPC was even higher than Saturday's. Overall earnings were better, too, because I always get more traffic on Sundays than I do on Friday or Saturday. CTR was down a bit on Sunday, though--maybe because too many readers had left their money in the offering plate at church? :-)

Had a very good Saturday, and an odd phenomenon yesterday - early on it looked very good, and then late morning, all of a sudden 3/4ths of my earnings were gone. Just a bunch of clicks with no revenue (all on one channel) Then impressions kept jumping but no more clicks accrued for six or seven hours, when it all caught up and then some. Ended up 2nd best day of 2009. Weird.

I ran some numbers, and while I'm down for the year to date, I'm ahead for the last couple months. Mainly because EPCs *are* phenomenal. CTR is still in the crapper.

(interesting remark about church, signor_john - I can time it almost to the minute when my visitors probably get out of church - traffic & earnings start at almost exactly 11am on Sundays; you could almost set a watch by it)

My CTR went into the toilet after the maintenance the other day but the payouts are much higher than normal so it's kind of even so far, hoping today fixes the CTR issue but so far it's just OK.

My weekend was down since the maintenance. My traffic is normal, but earnings are down probably about 20-25%.

I hope this is temporary......

Soon you'll be able to tell if the sermon was boring by looking for traffic from iPhones. :-)
