Adsense Fonts

Why is it just Times for us?

While I know that it is usually futile to ask any "why" questions regarding Google or Google Adsense, I need to ask this one.

On one of our sites (old, established, unique quality content) I saw recently that all the ads were displayed in Times New Roman, or a similar unreadable font. How do I get Arial (or a similar readable font) back?

To me, it's no surprise that the CTR has been tanking. If noone can actually read the ad, why would they click it?

Is there an easy way to control fonts?

I see TNR ads at random although I personally don't think it looks too bad, plus it does make the ad a little more noticeable. I wouldn't make them all TNR, but the variety seems to work well for me.

The text box where I am now typing this message seems to be TNR but the text around the box seems to be Arial. So it's not an unheard-of combination of fonts on a website. It depends on the site, of course.
