How Long For New Ad Placements to Appear in Adwords Placement Tool?

Been over 24 hours and still not showing

Hi,
Looooooong time lurker, first time poster here.

I've gone into the channels screen under ADSENSE SETUP and added some custom placements to a few channels. After over 24 hours (I'm spoiled by Adsense's typically fast responsiveness) The placements still do not show up in my campaign manager for Adwords under the new placement tool. The site itself still shows up the same as before but it has no custom placements.

Do I just need to be patient or am I missing a step to activate the custom placements that I have created?

I'm not sure how you should go about it, although I created 4 new ads, graphical and text based only 2 days ago, and they all appeared in working order after about 5 minutes..

So you created your ad placement options for those channels in Adsense and then you went to Adwords and saw the new ad placements listed under your URL in the ad placement tool 5 minutes later?

I just want to make sure that we are talking about the same thing. My channels were not new but they are less than a few months old. I revamped them recently so I could organize them nicely for ad placements.

PubCenter won't let me do this. The closest thing it does is allow me to craft competitive content filters. I'm sure they'll be offering this soon though, the whole interface looks a lot like Adsense.
I'm still going to try replacing the Adsense with Pubcenter since I can't get the placements to work for Adsense, time to move on to the next test. If anyone thinks they have a solution to my placements not showing for my allcrafts site, please post it. I have this thread set up to email me when replies are made.
