give a site to another person for adsense

Hi,

I have two sites, one with high traffic, the other low traffic. The former is doing quite well. I once put adsense on the low traffic site and later decided to remove it because it influenced my earning from the high traffic site. Now I want to give the low traffic site to a friend and he may apply for joining adsense with the site. Since the site has once (shortly) had adsense from my account, will he have any trouble to get into adsense?

Are you going to transfer the domain to him? If I recall right from posts here, he shouldn't have a problem if the site qualifies on its own, and he has not been previously banned from the program.

If you are going to keep the name and just let him place ads on it, that might be problematic. At the very least he would have to have your permission to access the entire site to work the pages, if I understand correctly.
