Hi,

My AdSense account was disabled (my best guess is due to my jealous colleagues) even before I started using it properly. Now I have finished my web project. Its online and I want to reenter the program. Since my personal account is disabled, I am thinking of creating new one as Business Account and put the contact as my name?

Will this account be disapproved?

What is the best option to reenter this program?

Thanks

Will this account be disapproved?

It should be, yes. At least the last time I looked at the TOS this was the case (reference to "associated accounts" I think).

Have a read through the TOS if you're unclear of anything - always best to do that before proceeding.

They have allowed stuff like this - but rarely. In the one case I know, the person was banned years back, and then reapplied some time back. Asked ASA here too if he could get back in. He was allowed in.

Always worth a shot. Hopefully ASA would see this and reply.

But if you were banned recently, I dont think you would get back in.

From the AdSense Forum Charter [webmasterworld.com]:

and remember - if the domain for the project that is now 'finished' was on the now-banned account, that domain may well be burnt for adsense forever :(

Agree with leedegroot. It you are using the same domain as before, you have little chance of reinstatement. You would need a new domain and then set up a new AdSense account under your company name with a new address, new tax ID, etc. Completely change your identity.
