I'm considering developing a site using this very business model, but I'm worried about the risks in all honesty and I'm not sure if I'm just being paranoid.
Let say for example, it was a content writing website where 40% of all Adsense impressions were mine and the other 60% went to the member who wrote the page's content.
- From a member's point of view, would you consider adding your Adsense ID to some else's site?
- From a site/Adsense owner's point of view, would you feel safe display Adsense ads when there are many visitors that are willing to fraudulent click?
Would really like to hear what the more experienced Adsense users think.
I probably wouldn't be crazy about using it any place where I wasn't able to see the traffic patterns either.
Basically, you have to ask yourself - do you feel lucky? (channeling Clint for a minute there) Are the rewards likely to outweigh the risk of losing your account? If so, then go for it and mazel tov. If not - well, we wouldn't want to see you in here in a few months all upset because your account has been turned off.
