AdSense Payments to Europe

I'll be moving from US to Europe and I'm wondering how does Google pay to publishers in Europe.

Do they send a check in the mail or deposit electronically to a bank account?
Also, when you log in to AdSense account, is the income displayed in dollars or euros?

I suppose income is always displayed in USD but payments can be made in European currency if you see the option in your adsense cp.

I live in France and I've always been paid by direct deposit. That's what I'd suggest you request, as cashing a foreign check in Europe can be expensive. In France at my bank the cost is 15€!

Mind was always displayed in dollars, but now it’s possible to choose. But the TOS is a little different I think (?).

However, Google recently introduced a Euro option - if you look in your Prefs in your adsense account you can opt for it.
Bear in mind that you will be starting a new contract with Google Ireland, and you and your accountant should look at it carefully.

If you stay with the US contract I think you will be able to get a direct deposit to most European banks in Euros (Google does the conversion at time of payment).

... I have a vague memory that if you change countries of residence you have to reapply - no idea why.

You can change income to euro, which may be required in the future for publishers in the EU address space.

I changed from Dollars to Euros when the the option came out (seeing as I live in Spain).

The process did not require me to re-apply for adsense or anything like that. It just changed from displaying all money in Dollars to Euro's.

If your moving I would guess that all you need to do is change your address and bank account details?

I think you must re-apply, or contact G to change your account to be associated to your new country, because you can not change your bank account details from one country to another. I have a Spanish account but I can not change the bank transfers details to my German one.
