Stats are soooo stuck.
Almost going backwards for me...geeesh
you never know what's going on! one day updates are fast, next day nothing happens for hours and you don't know whether stats haven't been updated or earnings are really low today, whether you have been smartpriced, whether traffic is the problem.....
To thwart those that would game them, Google is probably never going to give real-time stats. The less the 'bad guys' know about how AdSense works the better. Unfortunately, the 'good guys' get the same disinformation as their evil counterparts.
Because the criminal element has no intention of ever playing by the rules, I don't see an easy solution for Google other than to continue serving up as near a pattern-less reporting system as possible to keep them guessing. What would you do?

I thunk real hard and here's help. Log in each morning to view yesterday's numbers. Once a day. Compulsiveness not a good business strategy anyway.
And to save us some time, how about a script to automatically fill it with the standard complaints so we wouldn't have to :-D
And of course we could automate the Google response too: your earnings are down 99% but we assure that no data was lost and everything worked just fine and our engineers will wake up soon in some distant country and soon they will master the difficulties of english language and we'll be able to communicate with them...

The one thing that remains constant in the Google universe for me is:
stats stuck = earnings down
Earnings were down 25% yesterday...
About the same for me and today...well, I've had 6 clicks so far!
Well and truly stuck again, seems like it's time to put Chitika back up, the EPC is nowhere as good but at least it doesn't seem to break as often as AdSense.
