Would this be a violation of TOS

We do job applications about 2000 a week.

We have a number of sites that we take job applications for clients. We get about 2000 a week maybe more, but after the application has been completed and the user hits the submit button they are redirected to a thank you page.

I have often thought of sending them to a page with some content in the vertical and adsense ads.

Any thoughts on this approach?

I think Thank You Pages are one of the most underutilized pages on the entire web.

Most thank you pages say "Thank you for shopping - now go away" or "Thank you for contacting us - go away until we're ready for you".

If someone trusted you enough to complete an action on your website, shouldn't you attempt to continue engaging the customer?

Personally, I like testing thank you pages that have whitepaper downloads, related products, join our loyalty program, learn more about our company by doing this...

One of the hardest things to do in marketing is to get the customer - their first action with your company. It's easier (and cheaper) to keep a customer than get another one.

If someone started engaging your company with an action, find a way to keep them engaged and not just waiting for a response (or their product).

Considering that Google says
No Google ad may be placed on any non-content-based pages.
I wouldn't place ads there unless you actually put some content on the page.

eWhisper
Thanks for the move over I requested it after I relized I posted in the adwords section.

I as well feel the same way eWhisper we just arn't getting nothing at the end.

From all my reviewing I feel it is not a violation of TOS but wanted to ask.

LifeinAsia that was in my first post I planned an adding content to the page so the adword ads shown will be revelant to the site and user. The only difference in this and a user clicking on a page they will be directed to this page after an application has been completed.
