Seems anybody can get into AdSense..

It gets worse. I saw an Adsense click network with Adsense!

Their site was one of those collaborative jobs - join up and they'll give you 200 sites to click on and you can then get 200 clicks on your own site from other members.

And they had Adsense running at the bottom of the page. I thought it was a screenshot image but no... it was the Adsense code!
