Add more AdSense to my site?

I have a site that has information from different people. I would like to share the AS revenue and I thought it was something simple. Everyone will have to open an AS account, get the ads and then just include the ad in their pages.

First of all, is this allow?

I have been running the site for over 10 years, and have over 10,000 original pages and the first guy that applied for the AS account, using my site as reference, got the following response:

We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.

Not sure about the rules, but if you can't do it this way you could always setup different channels for those providing content and then figure out how much to pay them. Depending on the ammount of content they submit, this could be time consuming.
