I understand the U.S. isn't the center of the world, [...]. However in terms of PPC and Internet consumer product consumption, yes, it is.
It's not a coincidence that those who complain of stuck stats are generally from outside of the US. It is consistent that those complaining of stuck stats do it while the US is asleep. This not a coincidence.
I think this is not a coincidence, either.
Wouldn't you start working on the AdSense system when any impacts on stats reporting (or whatever) pass by as unnoticed as possible, because the 'center of the PPC world' (no offense in mind here) is asleep?
