I want to block 2 ads in my site that belongs to an advertiser who has 7 ads running. Al other 5 ads are ok but I just don't want 2 of them.

Ads I have no problem with contains url like this
example.com/bla1
example.com/bla2

Ads I have problems with and don't want contains url like this:
example.com/bla3

What I though is to filter example.com/bla3 in competence ads filter box. Does that actually work?

It should. Look at the examples that Google gives you about filtering. You can do more than filter just by top-level domain.

Try it and see what happens.

One thing I've noticed - when you put something in the filter, it disappears a lot faster than it used to.
