Are we allowed to place fastclick banners with AdSense textual-ads on the same page?

Without knowing, I'd say it should be OK. But it's only a gut instinct. Since we are allowed to serve up to three adsense units on the same page, I find it hard to believe that Google could really dissalow it.

However. The question is why you would want to do that? When you serve AdSense units via Fastclick, they shave you of 40% of your income...

Since I only use FastClick as backup for AdSense (instead of getting PSAs) I have never seen a Fastclick ad served on a page that already has an AdSense unit.

Now, if you already have 3 AdSense units and want to get a fourth by adding it via FastClick... The same gut instinct sais NO.

We do not permit Google ads to be published on web pages that also contain what could be considered competing ads. This would include all content-targeted ads as well as text-based ads. Text-based ads, for this situation, can be loosely defined as ads that mimic Google texts ads or appear to be associated with Google text ads on your site. We do allow affiliate or limited-text links.

Looks like a yes to me :)

i know it's yes (they emailed me about this before) but you'll just have to disable those ads in your fastclick campaigns that are adsense lookalikes

Yeah, this is a "Yes". I've been running both ads since my site got accepted to both places.
