Dynamic JS Menus that 'Obscure' AdSense Ads

Do they Violate AdSense TOS?

Hi guys.

I know I shouldn't place any elements over my adsense ads.

However, what happens with Dynamic-Javascript menus? If a user hovers over a button which opens a menu over the AdSense ad, is that allowed?

Thanks!

Ron

I'm thought I read a few months back that Google issued a notice about this kind of thing, as regards accidental clicks as the result of drop down menus. Perhaps someone else can be more specific?

Some implementations that could lead to accidental clicks include placing your ads:
- Near site navigation controls on your pages, such as drop-downs or menu links

Thanks guys.

I guess the same old rule apply - when in doubt, don't risk your AdSense account ;-)
