AdSense and GA: What does ">$0.00" mean?

I've had AdSense and Google Analytics integrated for a month or so. Today, I was looking at the Top AdSense Content report for yesterday (i.e., the date range was just for yesterday).

Looking down the list of my pages, I saw one that showed a single click, but it had $0 earnings. Actually, it says ">$0.00". The other pages that had clicks showed the amount earned. I'm not sure what ">$0.00" means, so I had some guesses:

1) That click was determined to be fraudulent, so I didn't get paid for it. Not sure if this could be true since it seems more likely that it would show "0.00" leaving out the greater than sign. If this is correct, then we can use this report to get a rough idea of the number of fraudulent clicks on a site (or page). That could be useful information.

2) Somebody clicked on a CPM ad.

3) It was just a glitch.

I have several other pages that show no clicks, but they also show that earnings are ">$0.00". I assume that this is earnings (less than a penny because page views are tiny) from CPM ads. Other pages show 0 clicks and earnings of "$0.00", which is what I would expect.

Any ideas?

I would go with #2 or that you got a really cheap CPC click.
