Scripting AdSense Search - Allowed?

Text link jumps onto SERP, violation or permitted?

If I was to script text links as simple and easy click targets that look like this:

<A HREF="http://www.google.com/custom?domains=my-domain.tld&q=search term&sa=Search&sitesearch=my-domain.tld&client=pub-1234567890123456&forid=1&channel=bla...=en">Search Term</A>

...the users would jump onto a SERP with the targetd search term immediately. While this might be a good idea to present the users another easy click to look for more, is it against the TOS?

Yes, this one is definitely against the AdSense terms, I even double checked to confirm.
