Do I receive earnings for BOTH types of ads in link units?

I just noticed that link units are offering two types of ads. When you click on a link you see the traditional full page of ads, I know I receive income when a visitor clicks on those, but what about the ads at the bottom?

They seem to be proxy ads from Googles "gmodules" server but the image is a 728x90 background (thus not clickable) with an overlayed user input box and "search" button. The 728x90 background images makes it clear a visitor is about to search for an auto insurance quote in this case but as far as I can tell the "search" button isn't coded in a manner that will provide me any income.

Am I receiving income from these too? The image jumps out at you when placed in contrast with plain text ads so I hope so. Has anyone else looked into these ?

On closer inspection the ad with the overlay buttons is in an iframe, the image is a background but on a completely different page.

Thanks. ps. not being allowed to click on your own ads makes figuring this stuff out by reading header info a little hard.
