Effect of blocking ads

I have an ad on my site, that shows site wide and consistently, since it's started appearing my CPC has gone down. But I'm worried about blocking the domain as it's a big company.

If I block it and my CPC drops further, can I simply unblock it? Will things revert to how they were before the block?

Cheers guys,

Paul

yes you can test it by blocking the domain in your competitive ad filter. if your cpc goes up, keep the domain in block list, otherwise just delete it from the block list

We have a lot of repeat traffic so we block and unblock advertisers fairly regularly and it doesn't seem to cause a problem. Unblocking just means deleting that advertiser from the blocked list; he'll usually reappear on your site within a few hours.
