Adsense Privacy Policy Plug in

Adsense requiring a plug in for bloggers

Hey everyone, I have a question regarding Adsense and a certain Plugin for blogs. I don't know if this has been discussed before, forgive me if it has.
I stumbled onto a site that states that Adsense now requires bloggers using WordPress to have a "Privacy Policy" notification on their blogs, and that if you don't have this notification you would be kicked out from Adsense.

But how true is this? I have never heard bloggers getting ban for not complying with this "privacy policy" thing.

Everyone who runs adsense - bloggers included - need a privacy policy. It's been like that for a few months now.

How true ? Very. Read the TOS.
