Ok guys I got my adsense account linked to my analytics account. However I have tried to add the code to my wordpress blog but I don't know how.

I placed the code in the header.php file and it won't track, so I know that this does not make sense.

I use the Google Analytics Plugin as well, but Google said add it to the top of the page.

Help please guys.

you will have to install Adsense-Deluxe plugin for your wordpress blog and will have to active it. then you can add your adsense code for each and every post of your blog.

Try the AdSense Manager plugin for adsense (anywhere on page, in post or sidebar) and the Ultimate Google Analytics plugin for the stats.

I think you were having a problem with the analytics code, which I usually see in or near the footer.

No the adsense analytics code is different. Its a code that you must add along with your ordinary Analytics code.
