59 impressions + 266 clicks?

just checked my stats & saw 59 impressions + 266 clicks? same thing yesterday as well low impressions but over 400 clicks. could this be a mistake? should I report it to google?

It looks like someone is trying to fraud you out of the system. Report it to google, but examine your access logs as well. You will need to ban the IP address / range of the person / persons clickbombing you. Also send to google as much evidence you can gather about these stats not being a direct result of your own actions.

I assume your average EPC has dropped proportionately?

I have this every now and again, heaven's knows from where however Google's always on the ball and count them as fraudulent. One of the things I would like Google to do is show me when I have had fraudulent clicks but not include them in the CTR since it makes a bit of a nonsense with my metrics.

If it makes you feel better tell them about it, however they will know.
