Tragically one of our associates died on Saturday, after a lot of suffering, and the account of adsense was to his name.

Into the panel it is not possible to change the name, and after the checks are to his name, the bank would not do to us the revenue.

Since I can change the name?

Thanks

Contacting google directly (via email) about this would probably be the best way to get a good answer for this unique situation.

This is one of the drawbacks of a personal account, especially in the case when "multiple associates" are involved. If more than one person benefits from the account, it is best to have the account named after the business, not a person.

As suggested above, ask G. Worst thing is for them to ask you to reapply for a new account.

Contact Google and see what they suggest. They are really the only ones who can tell you.

When partners are involved, doing business under a business name instead of an individual's name is definitely the way to go.
