Referrals for Google Packs and Picasa

Is Google still offering this:

[adsense.blogspot.com...]

[google.com...]

I checked my adsense account and I did not see this option on my "set up ads" page - just wondering if this option is still available for me to display on my sites.

If yes, can someone please tell me how I could go about it?
