I noticed this today while checking my adsense performance

fortunately or unfortunately i though to check the link and ad units earning seprately and i m shocked to see that add units are showing very low impression when i search for

Choose Units >>
Ad Units

lets assume that if there are

100 impressions it is showing 50 clicks for it

means ctr is 50%A

but when i search for link units

the results are normal

I checked the data for previous month and the result was same as above

now going in detail im using same channel for add and link units

And i have checked that when i use separate channels last month for optimizing purpose for that day ad units result is normal

and today i tried to use separate channel for both link and ad units and the result is normal

So why google is showing me problem when im using same channel for both adds

and should i have to worry about same channel and high ctr for ad units or its google bugs or What>>/?

A maybe related thread:

After adding Links Units, the Ad Units impressions went down [webmasterworld.com]

Perhaps a possible report bug for impressions when ad units and link units are together? On the other hand, earnings seem unaffected in those cases.

It would be interesting if others (that have ad units and link units on the same pages) can make a test and report it here. The test is comparing the results with the options (see your AdSense account):

Choose Units
( ) Ad Units
( ) Link Units
(x) Combined

If the impressions for ad units and link units (which are together on the same pages) are very different, then there would be a possible bug in the reports, and AdSense Support should be contacted to fix the issue.

If you added link units at some point to pages previously with only normal ad units, see also if there is any remarkable difference (impressions, etc.) before and after that date.

From this and the other thread, it seems a possible report-only issue, not affecting earnings. So, it does not seem necessary to remove ads, etc. In any case, the default "Combined" report seems to be reliable.
