Filtering Ads, but not in the whole site?!

1- I have filtered some sites not to appear. but, is there a way to make them not appear in certain parts of my site, and appear on other parts of the same domain?

2- if I have two domains, the filtering would affect my Ads in both domains.. So, in order to make site 1 with some filters, and site 2 open showing all ADS with no filtering. What to do?

You can't do what you are looking for.

Filtering works on a site wide, account wide basis.

You either block the ad from all pages and all sites, or don't block it at all.

Not good, but that's how it works.
