Adsense support responses

I have emailed adsense support on 4th of November. Four full working days have passed and still no reply. Is this how their support works or should i need to email them again.

Reason contacting adsense was becouse of messed up payments from them. AS this was not any classic help question i thought they would react faster.

Can you suggest any other ways how to contact adsense team?

I never got any answer from them directly. Only way they expect you to find answers is threw them's "help files"

i was mentioning this because I also never got answers from my email to them.. mostly relating to important matter as yours, and this is very annoying, I agree
