Only Google can provide you with any answers regarding your account status, there realy is nothing anyone here can do.

If you have not breachd any rules regarding your use of Google adsense then you MAY be able to get yur account reinstated. You need to contact Google directly to do this. If you have not done anythign wrong then work with Google to prove your case.
