Is it against the terms to use Adsense as a third party default from another ad network?

Use your Adsense code as the default code from another ad agency as opposed to placing it directly onto your pages.

I'm not sure if it's legal. The thing you have to worry about in a case like this, though, is some advertisers are not allowed by Google on the same page as Adsense. If your other advertiser controls whether Adsense shows or not, you're taking the risk that it might show their ad in one placement and Adsense in another placement on the same page, and if it's an advertiser you're not allowed to share pages with Adsense, then you'd be in violation of Adsense rules.

What if you are using google's ad manager? I have wondered about this senerio having several ad slots with several ad placements including adsense as one advertiser.
