Nice to have this topic around again - we're earning more, but working harder. Sort of like running up a down escalator but winning.

obviously this year. Last year i joined a video site that let users to put adsense on their page, not a penny were earned. This year i've started my website and put the ads on a few days ago, the money is good enough to buy me a pizza.

In general, the Adsense revenue has been declining relative to affiliate links over the last few years.

But during the last few days, my Adsense revenue has been soaring. I was wondering if maybe Google starting sharing more revenue with publishers, but no one else has said anything bout this on this forum, so I guess it's just me.

From my own observations and comments I've read by people who seem to know what they're talking about, direct manipulation of the payouts by Google are a minor factor in variations in earnings. Factors outside of Google's direct control have a much greater impact. So I wouldn't assume that the percentage share has varied that much over time--even if they've adjusted it, factors like # of advertisers in your area, amount of ad space, seasonal changes, etc., will have more of an impact.

Yesterday, Saturday, my highest Adsense day ever in the history of webmastering. And normally, weekends are slow days because people surf the web at work.
