Even after disabling my account. ads still running

i had got an email from adsense stating that my account has been disabled and ads will run for 7 more days, after that all pending payments will be issued to me.

But even after 9 days, ads are still working, and nothing is written on the adsense account, i mean it is working as it is, there is nowhere written that my account has been disabled.

when i got the disabled email i had replied to them asking for exact reasons, they replied me with the reasons regarding quality guidelines and i replied again putting my stand forward but they didnt reply after that..

even after 7days time ads are still running. any idea what does that mean..

does that mean i have still got a chance to get reinstated or have i been reinstated already

I suspect nobody knows but Google.

Is there *any* possibility that the email you got could be a fake? I never heard of them letting ads run for 7 days and THEN shutting them down. Were there any links in the email?

seems you have escaped. Otherwise your ads would have stopped showing exactly at 12pm on the date mentioned in the email. But it never happened to me.

I'm sorry to give you bad news...your ads will stop running in a few days. They may give you longer than an exact 7 days but they will stop running and adsense will be over.

The 7 days of Adsense is odd...but it might be Google being nice and giving you a chance to get a different set of ads in there.

I believe soona99; when Google says they're going to do something, they do it.

Maybe it is 7 business days.

Do you have ads on more than one site?

Was it a template reponse?

Google does give a 7 day grace period before closing accounts that they fell no longer fits their business model.

netmeg : no the email isnt fake its from the official id adsense-support@... yes the link was for that normal quality guidelines page.

adwinner: i hope that too, as today also its running.

stout flies :i guess some changes in revenue is visible after the receipt of email. CTR is good but ecpm decreased, i guess they have made some changes in ad allocation.

rocker : even if we take sat and sunday out still 7 days has passed. its only on one site, it might be a template response, but the point that they were making was that mine is made for adsense site but i explained that though it looks like one but in reality it isnt, i explained that it generates enuf enquiries.

any idea if anyone has been reinstated after the 7 day period without being informed by email

Need suggestion

my ads are still running, should i email adsense again and ask them as to why the ads are still running after the 7 days period or should i avoid contacting them considering that they might have just forgot about it?

no need to email AS. They probably reinstated your account when you replied to them. You will find out if your site has really been disabled before your next payment.
