Adsense Preview

I have an ad that keeps showing up no matter what I put in the competitive ad filter.

This ad is really annoying and regularly shows up at the top of my block. I notice the url on the ad is slightly different from what the preview tool displays.

ie:
Displayed on page > example.com/unrelated-keyword
Displayed in preview tool > www.example.com/unrelated+-something--or-+other/

I've put the url in both as example.com and www.example.com (as shown in the preview tool) but even after several days this annoying ad keeps showing up- same url everytime.

Have you used "View Source" ("this frame" in Firefox) by right clicking on the ad, then search for a substring of the target URL in the source code. In this way you can verify you are seeing the URL correctly. All the URL's are embedded in the source code of the Google Adsense frame displaying the Ad.

I finally got rid of the little beast by entering the entire url in the filter. The ad dissappeared within an hour. Thanks for replying.
