Ads on multiple sites

I am in a process of upgrading website, making good SEO and Google AdSense optimisation.

Currently I am stuck at one thought, should I use AdSense only on my most important website (95% of traffic) or also on other website (different domain name, only 5% of traffic).

Could bad traffic on other site (with small traffic) drop EPC also on my most important first domain (with more traffic)?

I would not pursue Adsense on the 5% traffic site. Only focus on the site where the eyeballs are. The time you spend on the side dish is better invested on the main course.
