Allowed Site Feature

I added my URL www.mysite.com to the "Allowed Sites" list last Thursday.

From the next day till this Tuesday,
I received 6 clicks with 0 earning.
It was very strange.

On Wednesday, I decided to check my account settings and found that when adding URL to the "Allowed Sites" list,
I was supposed to type in mysite.com instead of www.mysite.com (wihtout the www). I also saw a warning on my account saying that some unknown site was showing my ad, and the url was my own: mysite.com (wihtout the www)

I immediately disabled the Allowed Sites function and set it back to "Allow any site to show ads for my account"
Since then, I got 0 earning, 0 click till now with some page impressions.

Adsense Help says that it may take up to 48 hours for update so it should be working correctly by now...but is there any way for me to find out?

Adsense says our account wont show any impression/click from ads that are showing on URL that is not listed on the "Allowed sites" list...and I cant test by clicking on the ads myself...

also, I am still not able to compeletely delete the URL I typed in from the "Allowed sites" list.

One "www" messed up my entire week's earning...although I am still new and not making much...

I am glad to find this early on because if I were getting hundreds of clicks a day, it could mean a big lost to me...

I wonder if anyone had encounter problems like this before...

You might try adding your site both with and without the "www" to your allowed site list.

right now i just want to remove it all from the field but it just wont go away...hope they will reply my email soon

i tried that but the problem is still there...

right now the allowed site is set to mydomain.com
the unauthorized site warning from google is saying "The following sites are not on your Allowed Sites list but have displayed ads using your AdSense publisher ID within the last week." the URL of that unauthorized site is also mydomain.com

how can this be possible?

It takes several days or a week for that message to go away. Since you just added your site a few days ago, but it was active prior to that, it is still displayed. That site should now be accruing revenue for the clicks. Have you set up a URL channel so that you can check it?

i have just seen a few valid clicks on my account...
hopefully this is going to work from now on
do you know how i can remove the url from my allowed sites list? the system keep asking me to keep at least on URL on the list everytime i try to remove everything and set my account back to default (allow any sites to show my ad)..otherwise i will just to wait for another week to see what happens.
